Transformative Leadership

Picture
Creative thinking helps to build skills such as emotional intelligence, problem solving, innovation, and inclusive leadership. As a trained corporate trainer, facilitator and coach, Jacinta -- who is also a published poet and creative -- leads individuals and teams using words and art as the cornerstone for conversation.

If we want work cultures to be meaningful and work to be impactful, we must begin at the individual level. Former US Poet Laureate, Rita Dove says, "
By making us stop for a moment, poetry gives us an opportunity to think about ourselves as human beings on this planet and what we mean to each other."

If we want a great sense of belonging to be a natural part of team formation, then we must make time and space for authentic conversations that lead to greater trust, respect and sense of community.

We write and communicate better, have more agility, and are generally more optimist when we make space for our creative genus as individuals and a group. Consider doing something different to create something different.
