There are rooms we work hard to enter. Rooms we're expected to occupy. Rooms we love. Rooms we've outgrown. Rooms we weren't invited into but wanted to be. And rooms we carry with us long after we've left.
As a coach who works mostly with women, I hear often the struggle of going in between all the spaces. As a woman, myself, I've been there too. That's why I'm offering The Rooms We Enter--a series of intimate live gatherings for women exploring these rooms—and what they might reveal about our lives.
Through the words of women writers and thinkers, our own writing, conversation, reflection and silence, we'll enter one room at a time.

The dressing room is a place of possibility.
We take something from the rack because we're curious. We try it on. We turn around. We look at ourselves from another angle.
Maybe we love what we see. Maybe we decide it's not us at all.
There is freedom in trying something on without promising to wear it forever.
In The Dressing Room, we'll explore identity, becoming, desire and pleasure.
Together, we'll read the work of women writers and thinkers, write from our own lives, listen to one another—and pay attention to what emerges.

Our first gathering opens the room through readings, writing, reflection and conversation.
Then we take time to live with what we've encountered.
Between gatherings, you'll receive a thoughtfully created workbook with curated readings and links, writing invitations and space for reflection, along with a short video from me.
When we return, we'll explore what we found.
