- What is most needed from me—and for me—to stay aligned with my flow?
- How can I sustain what’s emerging? How do I navigate overwhelm or moments of feeling stuck, when flow feels blocked?
- What’s next? What is my vision, and who’s meant to flow with me?
- What does my spirit need most right now to stay grounded and in flow?
