The year 2020 took me deeper into my spiritual side and I found myself reading, taking classes, studying more. A student of yoga (though I don't practice as often as I need to) led me to be more intentional about my meditation practice. How can I better ground myself? How can I better guard my thoughts? Mindfulness is certainly one way, and upon receiving my Mindfulness Teachers Certificate, I created these brief guided meditations. I will add more in the coming months.
