FAQ
Do I need to be a “writer” to participate?
No. This space is for anyone who wants to listen inward and use writing as a way to reflect. There’s no pressure to share, perform, or produce anything polished.
Do I need art experience or special supplies?
Not at all. The art journaling portion is playful and low-pressure. Paper and something to write or draw with is enough. If you enjoy color or collage, you’re welcome to bring that, but it’s optional.
Will I be asked to share what I write?
Sharing is always optional. You’ll be invited to stay connected to your own process and boundaries.
Is this a goal-setting or manifestation workshop?
No. This is not about forcing clarity or outcomes. We’ll focus on sensing in the body, listening to inner wisdom, and letting language emerge naturally.
Is this workshop focused on release or letting go?
The live workshop is focused on invitation—what you want to experience, embody, and call in for the new year. Those who register early will receive The Year of Endings guide, which is devoted to reflection and release and is designed to be completed beforehand.
What if I can’t attend live?
A recording of the January session will be available to all registrants for a limited time.
Is this therapy?
This is a reflective writing and embodied practice space, not therapy or clinical treatment. You are always encouraged to care for yourself and seek additional support if needed.
What should I bring with me?
Bring a journal or paper, something to write with, and a willingness to arrive as you are. A quiet space where you can be present with yourself is helpful. For an enhanced experience, get the digital guide (see details below)!
